I would like to welcome you to the Phi Mu Chapter (England) of Sigma Theta Tau International (STTI), Honour Society of Nursing. We are the first all-England chapter of this prestigious international nursing scholarship society and are hosted by Bournemouth University on the south coast of Dorset, England.
What is STTI?
STTI represents a global community of nurses leading the use of knowledge and scholarship for practice to improve the health of the world’s people.
What will STTI offer me?
Membership of the society opens opportunities for you to engage with a wide network of nurse leaders across the world. In particular, we hold quarterly scholarly events across England, which you are warmly invited to attend. We are also setting up a number of social networking sites for you to engage in lively virtual debates, discussions or professional groups to exchange ideas.
Anything else?
As a member of both the central organisation based in Indianapolis, US and our all-England chapter, your membership offers numerous opportunities to engage in global development programmes, access to on-line resources, work with the Leadership Academy as well as being able to apply for small grants to support your own research and collaborative projects. You will receive the quarterly Journal of Nursing Scholarship which is included in your membership.

We are very keen to welcome you to our Phi Mu Chapter and to have you take an active part in the society. A number of committees keep us running smoothly and a range of activities as desired.
